Design and manufacture of custom devices Our custom microfluidic devices are developed using micro-fabrication techniques that create micro-channels and complex structures in glass, quartz or polymer. The main fabrication processes include photolithography, wet etching of micro-channel structures, micro-drilling of fluid ports, thermal bonding, surface modification and metal deposition.
