The following Terms and Conditions are applicable to the access to and the use of the Dolomite microfluidic web shop as well as to sale and purchase of products and services through the Dolomite microfluidic web shop.
Delivery and packaging
Packaging and postage is an additional charge, calculated at time of purchase. We aim to deliver all products within 4-6 weeks. However, if we cannot fulfil your order within 4-6 weeks, we will inform you:
- at the time you place an order by a note on the relevant product page, or
- by contacting you directly after you placed your order.
Delivery outside the EU
When ordering goods for delivery outside the EU, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the products reach their destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the products.
Return policy
We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” webpage. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
Please note that it is not Dolomite's responsibility to ensure that all of your purchased parts and products work together. It is the responsibility of the customer to verify that what he/she is buying is compatible. If you have any questions regarding your purchase please contact us.
